Topographical Surveys

Also known as Land, Level or Site Surveys, these can range in size from back gardens to town centres. We have worked on everything from greenfield sites to inner city renovation projects.

The drawings we produce contain precise information on land area, levels, existing detail, services and drainage. They are presented on paper and/or film as well as on disc in CAD format.

This sort of information is vital for developers, architects, planners, landscape architects, garden designers and others.

Measured Building Surveys

This part of our work accounts for at least half of the surveys we carry out.

We have produced detailed Floor Plans, Elevations and Cross-sections of a wide variety of buildings such as cottages, pubs, shop units, museums, warehouses, department stores and hospitals.

These plans can then be used for work involving planning applications, refurbishments, change of lay-out or use, or purely for record purposes.

We have even been asked to survey the headquarters of a national organisation to include and describe every desk and chair so that the offices could be reconfigured by a space management consultant. We ended up with 33 different types of desk and 12 different types of chair!
